Deal Desk Analyzer

What it is: subscription software in development in our SaaS division. Operations desks run on program documents — rates, tiers, caps, and conditions scattered across files. The Analyzer turns that into structured rules a desk can actually use while a decision is live.

What a client gets:

• Structured program data instead of binders and memory
• Analysis checked against the programs a decision has to fit
• Subscription packaging, built for the desks that use it — not a generic tool bent into shape

Facebook Administration

What it is: professional administration for Facebook groups and pages, run on a written playbook by our Facebook Administration division. Our proving ground is a large Fort Wayne-area community group, personally owned by our founder and administered to this same standard.

What a client gets:

• Moderation coverage on a defined rotation — the queue doesn't sit
• Member audits and regular spam and scam sweeps
• Post-queue management and engagement handled to your group's rules

Moosed Sales Academy

What it is: a universal sales training program run by our Sales Training Department. Training is tested, not just attended: graduation standards are graded against a signed-off bar, and graduation is mandatory before any trained salesperson works a live customer.

What a client gets:

• A structured program with defined curriculum and output testing
• Pass / not-yet grading by independent graders — nobody passes themselves
• Re-drills on any module a trainee misses, before deployment

Moosed Studios — AI Movie Production

What it is: the lab's film studio, adopted by the board on October 12, 2026. Moosed Studios produces movies with AI production methods, working from a defined slate of formats with a script-locked pipeline — and nothing publishes until it clears the studio's channel and rights checks.

What a client gets:

• A production pipeline with named stages, from script lock to publish gate
• Short-form and music-led formats built for online channels
• Releases announced in the ProjectMoosed news feed as each production lands

Moosed Music

What it is: the lab's music division — original songs created in-house, from composition through mastering, with distribution and licensing handled by the division and a rights-and-originality audit on every track before release.

What a client gets:

• An original catalog, built song by song, with a quality bar nothing ships without passing
• Clean rights: every release audited for originality before it goes out
• Licensing paths for streaming and sync through the division
